Membership and the 7-day free trial

SPECVision requires membership for clients and professionals. Eligible memberships begin with a 7-day free trial with a payment card required. Your selected plan bills automatically after the trial unless you cancel. There is no ongoing free membership. After the trial, marketplace actions and member tools—including project management, CRM, CAD/BIM and Creator Studio—are unavailable without an active paid membership. Each plan includes its own tools; starting a trial does not unlock every tier.

Review the scope before you propose

Look for the client’s requirements, budget, location, timeline and delivery mode. Explain your approach, exclusions, equipment assumptions and proposal value. Ask for missing details before committing to a job.

You own the client relationship

If a client selects your proposal, review the professional agreement and lead fee. Client contacts unlock after agreement acceptance and verified payment. You and the client then contract and pay directly for the project. SPECVision facilitates the introduction; your business performs the work.

Make your expertise easy to find

Describe your services in specific terms: AV system design, installation, commissioning, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, managed IT, identity security or event audio. List certifications accurately and use a portfolio of work you have permission to share. Businesses seeking multiple specialties can describe both AV and IT requirements in one project scope.
